In addition, we complete a thorough inspection of the property at the end of each guest’s stay to make sure your property is left perfectly in order. We are “on call” during the Guests stay should any emergency arise and will make sure to liaise with you when needed.

We safeguard your properties by making sure that you have the right person staying. We will only take bookings from guests that we are confident will treat your Apartment or Villa with the care and consideration that it deserves.

Property Management

The maintenance of your property is one of our main priorities. It will bring you peace of mind and will ensure that the guests experience the best stay possible. We work with local suppliers and artisans who we have carefully selected and who will assist us in providing their professional expertise, whilst remaining competitive and reasonable in terms of pricing. In this way we ensure your property is well looked after. We can organise all types of maintenance or decorative work, from repairs to repainting. We also provide our French expertise and can provide administrative services to help you dealing with your syndic, insurance or any French suppliers. We will also be able to organise the holiday rental permit and Tourist Tax declaration for you to set up your property to correct way for holiday rental.
